Why the teams come out even

Balanced by position
Each team gets a keeper where possible, and defenders, midfielders and forwards are split evenly.
Balanced by skill, on the paid plan
Players rate each other from 1 to 5. Nobody in the app can see who gave a score, and the ratings even out the teams.
